Abstract: The article deals with the carrier’s liability issues tracing the comparative analysis of the legal norms of the legal norms of Warsaw, Montreal, the European Union and Georgia. The thesis work reviews the liability issues such as: Responsibility in case of the death of a passenger, health disorders, injury or other damage to the body; Liability for total or partial loss, damage, destroy or delays in transporting baggage or passenger’s belongings; Granting compensation and rendering assistance in case of the aircraft carrier’s denial of boarding, a flight cancellation or long delay; Responsibility for the crash of two or more aircrafts; Issue concerning liability limitation; Advance payment mechanism
