Abstract: In this paper it is discussed Article 33“a” of Georgian law on “Prosecution Services” in accordance of which convicted person can not be employed at prosecutor’s office. Following to the author’s opinion, this imperative requirement is related to presumption of conviction and has no connection with either removal or annulment of conviction as it is envisaged in criminal law.
